About the Accommodation

Veniero37 Guest House is a lovely apartment recently completely renovated, with free WIFI and air conditioning in the center of Rome, composed of a dining room/fully equipped kitchen and two spacious double rooms with a king size bed plus one new sofa bed with 18 cm high mattress and folding cot for a child up to two years. The kitchen will be at your disposal, you can use the equipment and supplies of tea, coffee and other products, detergents and soaps that you will find.

Pets are welcome, upon prior notice, at a cost of 20.00 Euros per night.

We are sure you will appreciate the comfort, the clearness, the furniture and equipment of the accommodation.

Check-in process it’s very easy, you can enter using just a unique personal code to dial on the keypad valid for any access. You can arrive when you want, no keys or cards! and most of all you can leave your luggage in the luggage corner at the entry under video surveillance before check-in and after check-out, no charge required, to visit Roma with no worries on your arriving or departure day.

Cancellation policies

• Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation
• From 14 to 7 days before arrival: payment of 50% of the total cost
• From 7 days before arrival: payment of the total cost
  

Booking Change

• It is possible to request just once a change to the arrival date up to 7 days before without additional costs, with the exception of the price difference in case of a change to an available period subject to a higher rate, for accommodation similar to the one booked. Neighbourhood

Even though we are in a central area loved by tourists, the neighborhood retains a very charming popular atmosphere of "old Rome".

You will appreciate the central location a few steps from the Vatican, very close to the subway stop A line "Ottaviano - Musei Vaticani" - 7 minutes walking - (or alternatively stop Cipro), 20 minutes from the Termini train station (6 metro line A stops).

With a nice and easy walk, you will be in Saint Peter’s square and Castel Sant’Angelo, just along the Tevere river. In the area there are many bars, restaurants, supermarkets, commercial streets full of shops, and one of the most famous and very typical popular market in Rome, Mercato Trionfale - via Tunisi - where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh fish, meat, salami, ham and cheese of traditional italian and roman cuisine.

Transport

Veniero37 Guest House is located 7-minute walking from “Ottaviano – Musei Vaticani” as well as “Cipro” Metro stop line A, and it's very near to the bus stop, and 15-minutes walking to the Shuttle Bus stop from/to the Airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino.

For your transfer we can suggest you a airport/railway station trustable shuttle service. 

If you are driving your own car/motorbike there is a covered Parking “Mercato Trionfale – Musei Vaticani” located just 5 minutes walking.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Metro Line A from Sunday evening to Thursday evening last run at 9:00 PM (men at work on the Line)  - from 9:00 PM to 11:30 PM sostitutive BUS Line MA.

Friday and Saturday night Metro A service ends at 1:30 AM

From 22 July to 9 September 2024 the Metro A station OTTAVIANO - VATICAN MUSEUMS will be closed. Use the CIPRO station to get to the Guest House (500 m).
